My work includes IT operations
I work in IT operations at Agamir Shomoy and take on web development and SEO projects. My next career goal is to grow into IT infrastructure and cybersecurity through hands-on learning and practical labs.
Future Career Direction
I am actively learning and building practical experience in these areas. This is my career direction—not a claim that I am already an expert in every topic.
Current Work & Skills
These are the areas I currently work in. My future learning focus—IT infrastructure and cybersecurity—is shown separately below so visitors can easily tell the difference.
Build.
Web Developer
Business websites, portfolios and landing pages that load fast on mobile data, look sharp on every screen and are easy to update.
Grow.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Search and social growth that is measured, not guessed. Every change is tracked so you can see what brought traffic and leads.
Run.
IT Operations & Security
The same hands-on work that keeps a live newsroom online, applied to your office: networks, servers, backups and access.
Proof of Work
A mix of newsroom IT, search growth and web builds. Select a project to read more.
Process
No surprises: you know the scope, price and timeline before any work starts.
A short call or message about your goals, audience and budget.
A written scope, quote and timeline you can agree to.
Regular updates, with your feedback built in along the way.
Go live with analytics in place, then track results and improve.
About
I'm Naeem Hossen, known online as Naeem Insight. I work in newsroom IT operations and also help businesses with web development and search visibility.
My day job is IT for a news organisation: web infrastructure, publishing tools, networks and the everyday technology a newsroom can't work without. When news breaks, the systems have to stay up, and that has shaped how I build everything else.
Alongside that I work as a freelance web developer and digital marketing specialist, and I'm studying Computer Science Engineering at Uttara University after completing my diploma at Manikganj National Polytechnic Institute. I'm based in Manikganj and provide remote services across Bangladesh, alongside on-site support locally.
Career
My current experience is in newsroom IT operations, alongside freelance web development and digital marketing. Infrastructure and cybersecurity are my next areas of professional growth.

Manage the IT operations behind a live newsroom: system uptime, publishing infrastructure, networking, backups and internal tooling.
Freelance, Naeem Insight
Run SEO and social growth campaigns for clients: keyword research, content strategy and performance reporting.
Freelance
Design and build responsive websites and landing pages with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Uttara University, in progress
Building a formal foundation in algorithms, systems and software engineering alongside full-time work.
Manikganj National Polytechnic Institute
Completed a diploma in engineering, the hands-on technical foundation behind my work in IT and web development.
